Alex’s Dental Journey: A New Smile with Implants and Porcelain Crowns

Treatment – Phase 1: Tooth Extractions and Implants
The treatment was performed under local anesthesia for maximum comfort, and he also received a relaxing pill to help him feel calm during the procedure. The three damaged teeth were gently removed, and during the same session, the dentist placed six implants in the upper jaw – three on each side – and two implants in the lower jaw, where Alex was missing his remaining teeth.
This solution provided a stable and durable foundation for the upcoming crowns and made it possible to restore both chewing function and aesthetics. After the surgery, Alex received a temporary but fixed prosthesis, allowing him to eat and smile normally throughout the healing period (four months).
Treatment – Phase 2: Porcelain Crowns
Once the healing was complete, new impressions were taken to create the final zirconium-based porcelain crowns.
Each crown was carefully designed and color-matched to perfectly suit Alex’s face and smile. With all teeth covered with porcelain crowns, he received a completely renewed, harmonious, and natural-looking smile — both strong and aesthetic.
